Using Music in your Kickstarter / Indiegogo and any crowdfunding platform

by Themusicase Team

Using music from your personal music collection is not legal according to copyright policy of all crowdfunding platforms and may result in campaign termination and video removal.

All promo videos need to include 100% licensed or copyright clear content including music. In case you do not have the rights of a specific music track (the one used as background music in your crowfunding promo video) you need to license a track and acquire the rights from the copyright owner.

You may find all relevant info for Kickstarter copyright policy here: https://www.kickstarter.com/help/faq/creator+questions#faq_41823

Themusicase.com music licensing model covers legal use of music in all crowfunding platforms. You may use our music in your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or any other platform in your promotional videos without worrying about copyright infringement. The license type required is Silver (check our royalty free music licenses).

Here you can preview some of our motivational / positive royalty free tracks.
