In case the material becomes accepted, an agreement between themusicase.com and the artist will follow.
Royalties Paid
- Composers receive a commission on each sale of their music
- Composers receive 100% of Broadcast Royalties, directly by their Performane Rights Organization. TMC Publishing takes no portion of Publishing Roylaties. We forward Cue Sheets to Organization so that composers receive their broadcast royalties.
In case the creations are used by Blanket License users, the composers' reward is calculated as follows:
Income=Contribution rate * total blanket license * 50%
Contribution rate: Participation percentage of the composer in the library (number of composer's tracks / total number of library tracks)
Total blanket license: total Blanket License sales of themusicase.com
