1. I need to test your music in my production before i purchase it.
- Every member can download Lo-Fi versions of each track directly to his desktop.If you wish to download a track, simply add it to your Favorites .Then use the download link to get it on your desktop.
2. I would like to search music from a specific composer.
- Click on composers' name while navigating in library.
3. I would like to find music of exaclty 25 seconds. How can I do it among all your library tracks?
- Simply visit our Advanced Search Plus page, and select the time duration of your choise. On library results use "Sort by Duration" option, and navigate directly to requested duration.
4. I do not have time to search all your library for the perfect track.
- We provide all our members with a free Music Support Service. Describe your project to us and find our suggestions included in your Favorites Folders. Visit Music Support Service.
5. What is Royalty Free Music?
- Royalty Free means that you pay for our music once with the right to use it for a period of 5 years as many times as you wish without any additional cost. Licenses sold by Royalty Free Music Libraries are Synchronization licenses.
In case of any public performance of music (website,tv-radio, film) Cue Sheets are essential (no charge for that). Upon purchase you will receive a blank Cue Sheet. If music is to be public broadcasted, (Tv, Radio, Web) we would appreciate to send it back to us. There is NO additional cost for you for filling that Cue Sheet. Performance Licenses are paid by TV - Radio stations and owners of broadcasting media AND NOT by producers. Producers need Synchronization Licenses in order to legally use music in their productions.
6. I just bought a Silver License from you but I would like to use the same track on advertising. What should I do?
- You should buy a Platinum License for that use. Use of music in media other that media described in each license may couse violation of the rules, both domestic and international, on intellectual property.
7. Are there any obligations regarding credits upon use of your music?
- Yes. Name of composer and our domain (www.themusicase.com) should appear on credits.
8. We are up to broadcast our work. Is there anything else we should do upon that?
- You should fill in the Cue Sheets we have provided upon your purchase and send them back to us. There is no additional charge for that, but it is essential in order our composers to receive their royalties.
9. I am a composer and I would like to join your website. I can not find all information in Composers Info regarding how to proceed.
- Our content is not user generated. Do not hesitate to contact us at composers@themusicase.com and request our Composers Info Pack. Please provide us with a link to a show reel or attach a demo track in your email.
10. We are a production company with a large number of projects. Is there any discount we could get?
- For heavy users of our products we have designed the Premium and the Blanket License Packs. Please take a look on Section Membership info .
